What callers hear when they are routed to an available agent. This brief message assures callers that someone will be with them shortly. It also helps reduce the number of missed calls in a contact center.

4. Waiting message.
What callers hear when they enter the waiting queue. This lets them know that while an agent can’t immediately get with them, the next available agent will be with them shortly.
