I am an account manager working on an SEO company. I have been using talkdesk for more than 2 years so far and I have been having the best experience using it. We have to communicate to our customers on everyday basis. It is very important for the business to build relationships and gain their trust. Talkdesk is helping us a lot since we are sharing our direct lines with them so they can call us at any time for any question or concern they might have. We have all our calls recorded for any data we might need. There is a voicemail as well in case we miss any call. It is very easy to use and install it. Also we can keep a track on our performance (how many calls per day, duration etc). I would highly recommend it for all the businesses. Talkdesk in my opinion is the key to the success.

TalkDesk is very awesome! I love how I don't have to have a phone next to my ear and I can simply just use a headset. Everything is so smooth and there are a few glitches but I can tell they are working on them as they have been getting better everyday! Overall this is a fantastic program to use and if I were to run a business, I would use TalkDesk!
