Theresa is a global financial services leader who served as the Global Chief Marketing, Customer Experience, and Corporate Citizenship Officer for the past eight years for TD Bank Financial Group. In her role, Theresa led the company through an end-to-end digital marketing transformation as well as an overhaul of their customer experience measurement. She also relaunched the company’s global purpose-driven brand now recognized as one of the most valuable brands in Canada.
Prior to her role with TD Bank, McLaughlin held various leadership positions that spanned more than 18 years in the financial services industry, including serving as CMO at Citizens Financial Group and other top brands. McLaughlin has been recognized for her work by American Banker as a top woman to watch and is the recipient of a bronze Cannes Lion, multiple EFFIE Awards, and an Emmy Award for her work with a Boston nonprofit organization.
