Talkdesk VIP Lounge will offer the 170,000 expected Dreamforce attendees an exclusive glimpse into the future of customer experience and an opportunity to learn how to transform customer experience into a competitive advantage.
Talkdesk VIP Lounge guests will learn about the role and impact of artificial intelligence (AI), automation and mobility in customer experience from industry expert sessions. Attendees will also have access to one-on-one meetings with Talkdesk product and industry leaders, and personalized demonstrations of Talkdesk for Salesforce, Talkdesk Mobile and Talkdesk Agent Assist.
