I LIKE TALKDISK BECAUSE IS VERY EASY TO USE, THE APP IS VERY USEFUL, ITS A VERY GOOD INTEGRATION WITH SALESFORCE AND SO, YOU CAN RE-LISTEN TO CALLS. WE WORK MORE THAN THREE YEARS WITH TALKDESK, AND THE TRUTH THROUGHOUT THESE YEARS HAS BEEN IMPROVING A LOT AND IF SOMETHING IS NOT LIKED ONLY WE COMMON IT AND LOOKING FOR A QUICK SOLUTION.
TalkDesk is very awesome! I love how I don't have to have a phone next to my ear and I can simply just use a headset. Everything is so smooth and there are a few glitches but I can tell they are working on them as they have been getting better everyday! Overall this is a fantastic program to use and if I were to run a business, I would use TalkDesk!
We aren't a large company with 10 customer service agents available to answer phones, but Talkdesk was able to scale down to our size and fit our company's needs. Their customer support is attentive and helpful. Dealing with our phones used to be a source of a lot of stress, but the move to Talkdesk fixed all of that. They made getting set up a quick and easy process. The system is very easy to use and intuitive. Can't say enough positive things about them!
I use talkdesk on a daily basis! The things I love this most would be it's ease of use and efficient! In on glance I can see right away what my employees are working on and how long they been working on things. I can also access talk desk from home as well as the office. It's faster than other dialers I've worked with, much more secure and so easy to work with. I've been working with Talkdesk for almost a year, it solved all the problems we had with other dialers, working almost 5 years in my actual company, we faced so many issues, but with Talkdesk we were able to get back our job quality, made our daily work much smoother than ever.
Definitely a great program for my work at our Support Center. I enjoy using Talkdesk and I find it accomplishes everything we want it to do. My colleagues and I are able to easily answer calls, monitor calls, and also make outbound calls without a hitch. One thing that I would really like to have (albeit, this is just a cosmetic want) is a dark mode for the chrome extension widget. My entire desktop is in dark mode but talk desk sticks out like a sore and bright thumb. Thanks for the great app!
We have experienced improvements in our Inside Sales activities once Talkdesk has integrated to our cloud based solutions. The call quality monitoring, the administration and reports have altogether provided the easiest way to manage the performance of team over the phone. The support team is a pivotal part of the solution, I mean they are very attentive and ready to assist in the whole time.

Talkdesk allows myself and my team the freedom to work away from our desk and provide our customers a great phone call. Previously we were tied to our desks to make calls which is the main responsibility of our jobs. This is life changing for experience at work.

Super support from our account manager. Very intuitive dashboard. The reporting isn't optimal, but we've been told that improvements are coming to the tool!
I have been using TalkDesk for a few months now and I have found it very convenient. The callbar especially makes it very easy to manage calls while using other programs. Also the features list is very extensive for IVR etc.
I've had no issues with TalkDesk, calls are clear and the interface is easy to use.

The perfect tool for customer support! I'm part of the customer support team of an internet marketing and SEO software company. Talkdesk has been a great tool for our team as it's simple, easy and convenient to use. We're able to make international calls and track/log all phone interactions with clients. They even have a widget mode for effortless phone call monitoring! Highly recommend.

All in all its great tool I wish every company had in order to be more efficient.
Talkdesk is a great everyday tool! I use it for calls, and it is great to make notes on calls to organize and reference later. The layout is easy to navigate. There is rarely a technical difficulty, and when there is. it is fixed in a few hours.

Talkdesk works wonderfully for my company. Customer support is important to us, we are a remote company so we use talkdesk to reach our customers and take phone calls. It keeps track of how many calls are answered, has great connection quality, and overall just works great for what we need. My Vice President says we are going to be sticking with it since she has been so impressed with it.
