Award recipients will be recognized during a special customer panel session on the second day of Opentalk 2020, April 23, at Pier 35 in San Francisco. Opentalk is the premier customer experience event of the year, bringing together more than 2,000 Talkdesk customers, industry experts and CX practitioners to network, share best practices and hear about the latest in transformative technologies.

The judging panel includes industry analysts, contact center influencers and Talkdesk executives. Award winners will be selected and notified on March 30, and will then receive extensive press coverage (including a press release, a blog post and social media recognition), a commemorative trophy and exclusive two-ticket entry to Opentalk. Award submissions are due by March 9. Applicants may apply for multiple categories.
