Talkdesk wins TrustRadius Tech Cares Award for supporting women in technology
The company is recognized for corporate social responsibility and programs that champion female leaders in customer experience
PALO ALTO, Calif. —August 13, 2025—Talkdesk®, Inc. today announced it is the recipient of a 2025 Tech Cares Award from TrustRadius in the Supporting Women in Technology category. The program celebrates business-to-business (B2B) technology companies that have gone above and beyond to support their employees and communities, demonstrating exceptional corporate social responsibility.
Talkdesk was awarded the Tech Cares honor for its work in amplifying the voices, stories, and leadership strategies of women who are shaping the future of customer experience (CX). The company’s Momentum Makers program, which began as a celebration of International Women’s Day, has grown into a year-round platform that showcases the innovation, learnings, and advice of women in the industry. This year’s program received more than 250 nominees, including Beth Search from Kettering Health, Amber Scott from Serta Simmons Bedding, Michelle Davis from TowneBank, and Trionne Phillips from World Vision Canada.
To further this effort, Talkdesk introduced a Momentum Leader category to its annual CX Innovators Awards. The individual award celebrates female business leaders who are on the cutting edge of customer experience, pushing the industry forward through their vision and leadership.
