Talkdesk opens global nominations for the CX Innovators Awards
Now in its seventh year, the program honors Talkdesk customers and partners setting the new standard in customer experience
PALO ALTO, Calif. — June 24, 2026 — Talkdesk®, a leader in Customer Experience Automation (CXA), today announced the call for nominations for its 2026 CX Innovators Awards program. Open exclusively to Talkdesk customers and partners, the annual program honors organizations and individuals achieving measurable business value and transforming customer journeys. Winners will be selected through a combination of expert evaluation by third-party customer experience (CX) industry analysts and influencers, and peer voting from the global Talkdesk customer base.
Company awards
Each company category will recognize one winner and one honorable mention:
- Innovator of the Year: Recognizes mastery of tool orchestration, spanning advanced application programming interface (API) integrations to deploying new AI agents.
- Rookie of the Year: Honors rapid Talkdesk deployment and verifiable ROI within the past 12 months.
- AI Agent of the Year: Recognizes proprietary AI agents delivering measurable business value.
- Hybrid Workforce Leader: Celebrates leadership in the seamless management and coordination of AI and human agents.
- Modernization Maverick: Recognizes the successful transition from manual processes to modern, automated workflows.
- Social Impact: Honors organizations creating a lasting positive impact through diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), global awareness, or community giving.
Individual awards
Each individual category will recognize one winner and one honorable mention:
- AI Visionary: Honors leaders driving world-class CX through AI and emerging technologies.
- Momentum Leader: Celebrates female leaders pushing CX innovation forward.
