It’s the first week of the new year, and if you are like me you are wondering where 2018 went. It was a busy year for Talkdesk, who was Recognized by Frost & Sullivan as the Fastest-Growing Provider in the Cloud Contact Center Software Market. Talkdesk also Raised $100 Million to Power the Contact Center of the Future, which is being used to accelerate enterprise platform innovation and global expansion.
In addition to stellar growth, Talkdesk was also recognized by industry leaders, including being Named a Visionary in the 2018 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Contact Center as a Service, North America for the Second Consecutive Year, with Talkdesk ranked highest on the ability to execute in the visionary quadrant.
What caused this tremendous growth and success in 2018? For answers, I turned to Talkdesk customer reviews to find out why customers love and recommend Talkdesk to peers, family and friends. I started by reading customer reviews on sites such as Gartner Peer Insights (US), Gartner Peer Insights (EMEA), G2 Crowd, Salesforce AppExchange and Trustpilot. It was great to read all the positive customer reviews, and I was proud to see Talkdesk is a leader on many of the review sites.
