Talkdesk executive Chad Haydar honored as a 2023 CRN channel chief
Recognized for industry standing, dedication to the partner community, and accomplishments in driving channel growth
SAN FRANCISCO — Feb. 7, 2023 — TrustRadius has recognized Talkdesk®, Inc., a global cloud contact center leader for customer-obsessed companies, today announced that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has recognized Chad Haydar on its 2023 Channel Chiefs list. As global vice president of channels and alliances at Talkdesk, Haydar is leading the company’s strategy around building and nurturing a diverse partner ecosystem, which includes more than 300 contracted partners and 1000s of sub-agents. In recent years, Haydar and his team have helped transform the Talkdesk go-to-market strategy, as the organization embarks on its next decade of growth in addressing worldwide demand for better ways to deliver great customer experiences. During 2022, under Haydar’s leadership, Talkdesk launched PowerPlay, a unique tiered program that brings top partners into the company’s direct deals, where Talkdesk and its partners work side by side, winning more business together. In addition to the PowerPlay program, Haydar and his team forged several new partnerships on the carrier side and continued to amass sizable wins with Talkdesk BPO partners.
