Talkdesk customers win multiple 2023 Stevie® Awards for sales & customer service
Talkdesk also earns recognition, scooping up a Grand Stevie Award, plus bronze awards for sales training and sales enablement
SAN FRANCISCO — March 10, 2023 — Talkdesk®, Inc., a global cloud contact center leader for customer-obsessed companies, is celebrating multiple award wins by its customers in the 16th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. Talkdesk also received honors at this year’s ceremony, including a Grand Stevie Award for the best collection of entries.
More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 49 nations and territories, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 170 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees. Talkdesk and its customers took home a combined nine awards in the following categories:
