Accomplished tech sales leader with expertise in cloud, digital transformation, and industries to drive growth in the U.S. and Canada
SAN FRANCISCO–Jan. 26, 2023–Talkdesk®, Inc., a global cloud contact center leader for customer-obsessed companies, today announced Miles Ennis has been appointed senior vice president of Sales for North America, a role that includes responsibility for enterprise, commercial, healthcare, financial services and insurance, retail, and regulated industries.
Ennis joins Talkdesk with more than 20 years of experience as a proven sales leader for some of the world’s largest and most profitable technology companies. He recently served as vice president of sales for the Americas region at Aspen Technology, a global leader in asset optimization software. At AspenTech, Ennis helped successfully scale annual recurring revenue, while enabling customers to meet their sustainability goals through digital transformation. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade at Cisco in various sales leadership roles, concluding his Cisco tenure as vice president of sales for Cisco AppDynamics. Ennis has additionally held sales leadership positions at IBM, where he focused on cloud portfolio solutions for healthcare and public sector organizations.
