Talkdesk Chief Customer Officer Kieran King Named an Executive of the Year

Honored as part of the 2022 Excellence in Customer Service Award

SAN FRANCISCO–April 12, 2022Talkdesk®, Inc., a global cloud contact center leader for customer-obsessed companies, today announced that Kieran King, the company’s chief customer officer (CCO), earned a 2022 Excellence in Customer Service Award for Executive of the Year presented by Business Intelligence Group.

King’s career at Talkdesk is marked by a quick succession of increasing responsibilities since joining the company in 2020 as senior vice president of customer success. Less than one year into her role, she was promoted to chief customer officer, focused on driving strategy, execution, and results around the company’s market-leading services, including implementation, technical account management, global delivery, network engineering, expert services, customer success, and customer support.

Under her leadership, Talkdesk continues to build on its reputation as the five-star standard for white-glove customer service, amassing industry awards and recognition as it strives to deliver the best experience for Talkdesk customers around the world. 

The Excellence in Customer Service Awards celebrate those who are winning by supporting their own customers and those who are developing the tools to help others find success. Awards were given out to consultants, outsource partners, and technology providers for superior performances in the past 12 months.
