Comparably Names Talkdesk a Best Place to Work in the Bay Area

Trusted third-party site for workplace culture and compensation recognizes Talkdesk for high employee ratings across 16 different workplace metrics 

SAN FRANCISCO–March 31, 2022Talkdesk®, Inc., a global cloud contact center leader for customer-obsessed companies, scored a coveted Best Place to Work in the Bay Area award from Comparably, a leading workplace culture and corporate brand reputation platform. Talkdesk earned the award based on ratings from current employees, who gave the company high marks across a range of areas, including compensation, leadership, co-workers, work-life balance, career growth, perks, and benefits.

One particular area of the Comparably metrics in which Talkdesk excelled was diversity, where it scored in the top 10% of similar-sized companies. In fact, Talkdesk has created one of the tech industry’s most gender-diverse executive teams, with women holding 50% of its senior leadership positions. Talkdesk received an overall 4.7 out of 5 culture score.

General Methodology

Comparably Awards are based on sentiment feedback provided by current employees who anonymously rated their employers on during a 12-month look-back period (March 14, 2021 through March 14, 2022). Employees have the opportunity to answer structured questions (yes/no, true/false, 1-10 scale, multiple-choice) spanning 16 different workplace topics (leadership, team, compensation, perks & benefits, work-life balance, career growth, environment, outlook, etc).
