Call for Submissions: Talkdesk CX Innovator Awards 2022

Spotlighting companies using Talkdesk technology to unlock the promise and potential of great customer experiences

SAN FRANCISCO – May 25, 2022 – Talkdesk®, Inc., a global cloud contact center leader for customer-obsessed companies, today announced open nominations for its third annual CX Innovator Awards, recognizing organizations that are leveraging the company’s technology to reshape the customer experience (CX) and gain a competitive advantage.

The 2022 awards offer more opportunities for companies and contact center agents to shine with expanded categories, as well as regional and industry-specific awards. Entries open May 25, 2022 and close Sept. 9, 2022. Winners will be announced Oct. 4, 2022. A panel of industry experts and Talkdesk executive leadership will weigh submissions and crown winners in the following categories:  

  • CX Innovator AwardCompany award; four winners representing North America; Europe, Middle East, and Africa; Latin America; and Asia Pacific

Celebrating companies that have uniquely leveraged Talkdesk technology, either as a standalone or in combination with Talkdesk AppConnectTM partners and/or other technology, in innovative ways to solve CX and contact center challenges and deliver best-in-class CX. 

  • CX Rookie of the YearCompany award; one winner, one honorable mention

Celebrating companies that have successfully implemented Talkdesk technology and exemplify CX excellence by achieving a rapid deployment and quick return on investment. This award is available to customers that have implemented Talkdesk in the past 12 months (May 2021 to present).

  • CX Business Impact Company award; one winner, one honorable mention

Celebrating companies that have optimized their contact center(s) and had a positive impact on their business (e.g., enhanced CX, improved metrics, increased sales, higher NPS score, etc). Applicants must demonstrate a clear understanding of their CX vision, articulate marked improvements, and provide evidence of growth as a result of improvements.

  • AI Innovator Company award; one winner, one honorable mention

Celebrating companies that have adopted Talkdesk AI products to optimize their contact center(s) and improve customer and agent experience. Applicants must demonstrate why AI was chosen to address their business challenges, how they made the business case for AI, and share how AI has/will impact customer and agent experience. 

  • CX EcosystemCompany award; one winner, one honorable mention

Celebrating companies that have successfully deployed Talkdesk with a partner (or a partner’s solution) to deliver exceptional CX. This category is open to all Talkdesk ecosystem partners including cloud distributors, resellers, strategic alliances, and AppConnect partners. 

  • CX Digital TransformationCompany award; one winner, one honorable mention

Celebrating companies that have successfully embraced digital transformation as a strategic differentiator. Examples of applicable projects include transitioning a contact center workforce from an on-premises contact center to the cloud; equipping agents with best-in-class tools to work from anywhere at any time; or creating a digital front door that allows customers to engage with the company on their channels of choice.

  • CX Revenue Leader Company award; one winner, one honorable mention

Celebrating companies who have successfully impacted CX to drive enterprise growth and profitability. Examples for this award include companies who have demonstrated how their contact center contributes to tangible growth outcomes, such as increased revenues and customer lifetime value, in support of strategic business models and priorities. 

  • CX Social ImpactCompany award; one winner, one honorable mention

Celebrating companies that make a lasting, positive impact in their communities and the world. Examples of applicable impacts include companies that champion diversity, equality and inclusion initiatives, raise global awareness of social injustices, or engage in community and environmental giving.

  • People’s ChoiceCompany award; one winner

Special recognition from the Talkdesk team for one outstanding customer that truly sets an example for better CX. 

  • CXcellence Individual awards; six winners, including industry-specific awards for financial services, healthcare, retail, and education

Celebrates six contact center agents who have demonstrated consistently outstanding customer service and have positively impacted their team/organization. Agents should be nominated by a supervisor or administrator. Examples of winning behavior include taking initiative to change company policy that did not serve a customer’s best interests; displaying extraordinary empathy; developing a heroic workaround to solve a problem; recognizing when a standard solution did not fix a customer’s problem; and going above and beyond to delight customers.
