A core value at Talkdesk is to celebrate our customers. This year, as a tribute to International Women’s Day, we honor inspirational women by acknowledging their expertise, innovation, and commitment to driving meaningful change in CX. From executives driving company-wide CX strategies to frontline agents delivering exceptional customer service, women make invaluable contributions at every level. Their resilience, innovation, and perseverance inspire not only their peers but also the Talkdeskers they cross paths with. That’s why the Talkdesk team rallied together to nominate 50 women breaking barriers in CX.

We asked the Talkdesk team to nominate women based on the following criteria:

  • Women who are making important creative contributions to the CX industry.
  • Women who showcase exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Women who are advocates for their customers and dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience.

The nominations collected were nothing short of inspirational. Each nominee is actively implementing new strategies and setting strategic goals to elevate her organization’s CX. Regardless of industry or experience level, trends of  inspirational women in CX are:
