Talkdesk bolsters presence in French market, confirms attendance at Customer Relationship and Marketing Meetings event in Cannes

This marks a clear and continued commitment from Talkdesk to drive exceptional outcomes for customers and partners in the French market with its trusted, flexible, and innovative cloud contact center platform.
Customer Relationship and Marketing Meetings, hosted by Weyou Group, brings together more than 2,000 participants over two days of targeted one-on-one meetings with exhibitors and customer relationship management (CRM) decision makers. Talkdesk will exhibit in stand B06, showcasing how its AI-powered Talkdesk CX Cloud and Talkdesk Experience Clouds transform every step of the customer journey for a faster and more frictionless experience.
With customers across multiple industries — including healthcare, financial services, retail, hospitality, and more — the French market continues to be a significant business driver for Talkdesk. Customers such as Quadient, an international leader in cloud-based business communication software, parcel locker solutions, and mailing systems technology, based in Bagneux, France, are using Talkdesk to assure great customer Interactions. Quadient found that up to 40% of its call volume in some queues were related to simple transactions, which could be self-serviced without the help of an agent. Quadient began to develop self-service solutions with Talkdesk, which ultimately led it to use other Talkdesk tools, particularly one that assists with agent coaching, even in distributed or international locations.
Talkdesk continues to invest in strengthening an ecosystem of diverse partners in France to help customers across industries and around the world deliver customer experiences that build trust and loyalty. In July 2023, more than 20 partners representing 13 different in-region organizations participated in the Talkdesk Partner Academy in Paris. This intimate event gave Talkdesk partners exclusive access to company leadership, educational sessions, and CX innovation roadmap updates.
