Call for Submissions: Talkdesk CX Innovators Awards 2023
Awards program recognizes customers using Talkdesk technology to modernize the customer experience and improve business outcomes
SAN FRANCISCO – June 23, 2023 – Talkdesk®, Inc., a global contact center leader for enterprises of all sizes, today announced open nominations for its fourth annual CX Innovators Awards, which celebrates customers’ use cases of Talkdesk technology to create modern customer experience, drive better business outcomes and improve the bottom line.
The 2023 awards include a range of categories that give companies across different regions and industries the chance to shine. Entries open June 23, 2023 and close October 2, 2023. Winners will be announced October 30, 2023. A panel of industry experts will serve as judges and will recognize winners for the following categories:
- CX Innovator Award – Company award; one winner, one honorable mention
Celebrating companies who have uniquely leveraged Talkdesk technology, either standalone or in combination with Talkdesk AppConnect partners and/or other technology, in innovative ways to solve CX/Contact Center challenges and deliver best-in-class customer experience.
- CX Rookie of the Year – Company award; one winner, one honorable mention
Comemoramos as empresas que implementaram com sucesso a Talkdesk e exemplificam a excelência da CX ao alcançar uma implementação célere e obter um rápido retorno sobre o investimento. Este prémio está disponível para os clientes que implementaram a Talkdesk nos últimos 12 meses (desde maio de 2021 até ao presente).
- CX Business Impact Award – Company award; one winner, one honorable mention
Celebrating companies who have optimized their contact center(s) and had a positive impact on their business (e.g., enhanced customer experience, improved metrics, increased sales, higher NPS score, etc.). Applicants must demonstrate a clear understanding of their CX vision, articulate marked improvements, and provide evidence of growth as a result of improvements.
- AI Innovator Award – Company award; one winner, one honorable mention
Celebrating companies who have adopted Talkdesk AI products to optimize their contact center(s) and improve the agent and customer experience. Applicants must demonstrate why AI addressed their business challenges, how they made the business case for AI, and share how AI has/will impact customer and agent experience.
- CX Ecosystem Leader Award – Company award; one winner, one honorable mention
Comemoramos as empresas que implementaram com sucesso a Talkdesk com um parceiro (ou uma solução de parceiros) para proporcionar uma experiência excecional ao cliente. Esta categoria está aberta a todos os parceiros do ecossistema Talkdesk, incluindo distribuidores da cloud, revendedores, alianças estratégicas e parceiros AppConnect. Nota: Se for um parceiro que está a submeter o prémio em nome do seu cliente, por favor responda da perspetiva do cliente.
- CX Digital Transformation Award – Company award; one winner, one honorable mention
Celebrating companies who have successfully embraced digital transformation as a strategic differentiator. Examples for this award include transitioning your contact center workforce from an on-premises contact center to the cloud; equipping agents with best-in-class tools to work from anywhere and anytime; creating a digital front door that allows customers to engage with you on their preferred channels.
- CX Revenue Leader Award – Company award; one winner, one honorable mention
Celebrating companies who have successfully impacted CX to drive enterprise growth and profitability. Examples for this award include companies that have demonstrated how their contact center contributes to tangible growth outcomes, such as increased revenues and customer lifetime value, in support of strategic business models and priorities.
- CX Social Impact Award – Company award; one winner, one honorable mention
Celebrating companies who make a lasting, positive impact in their communities and the world. Examples for this award include companies who champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, raise global awareness of social injustices or engage in community and environmental giving.
- People’s Choice Award – Company award; one winner
Special recognition from the Talkdesk team for one outstanding customer that truly raises the bar for customer experiences.
- CXcellence Award – Individual awards; one winner
The CXcellence award celebrates contact center agents who have demonstrated consistent outstanding customer service and have positively impacted their team/organization. The contact center agent is nominated by their supervisor or other administrator. Examples for this award include an agent who took initiative to change company policy that was not in the best interest of the customer, displayed extraordinary empathy, developed a heroic workaround to solve a problem, recognized that the standard solution did not fix the individual’s problem, or went above and beyond to delight a customer.
