I’m looking for a new customer community platform. Ten years ago, I would have started by doing an internet search for top products, researching company websites and then contacting the top companies I was interested in. As an empowered buyer today, I don’t want to hear a company tell me how great they are; I want to hear from their customers. My search this time started on customer review sites to identify the leaders (by ratings and number of reviews). Then I read customer reviews, specifically the pros and cons of each solution.
Over the past six months, Talkdesk has received more than 1,650 customer reviews—a 622% increase—and is rated #1 on leading review sites by rating and/or number of reviews.
