Talkdesk Earns TrustRadius Awards for Contact Center, Call Center Workforce Optimization, Call Recording, and VoIP

Customers feedback demonstrate trust and satisfaction with “Top Rated” products in key contact center categories

SAN FRANCISCO – May 18, 2023 – Talkdesk®, Inc, a global contact center leader for enterprises of all sizes has earned the TrustRadius 2023 Top Rated Awards in the contact center, call center workforce optimization, call recording, and VoIP categories. 

With over 400 verified reviews, Talkdesk emerged as a valuable player in each category with high scores in the following areas: 

  • 9.3 out of 10 for recording
  • 8.9 out of 10 for inbound call routing
  • 9.0 out of 10 for warm transfer
  • 9.1 out of 10 for interactive voice response
  • 8.9 out of 10 for quality management

To win a Top Rated Award, a nominated organization must receive a minimum of 10 TrustRadius reviews in the past year. Winners rank amongst the top three positions of their category. Extra vetting via textual review analysis was also performed by the TrustRadius research team.

The TrustRadius Top Rated awards recognize products that have the highest rating in a category. Based entirely on customer feedback, they have never been influenced by analyst opinion or status as a TrustRadius customer.
