Talkdesk earns spot on G2’s 2026 Best Software Awards for Best Agentic AI Software Products and Best Customer Service Software Products
Accolade highlights Talkdesk’s commitment to enabling Customer Experience Automation

This marks the fifth time Talkdesk has received a G2 Best Software Award recognition. This year, G2 launched the Best Agentic AI Software Products list, and of 1,392 products in the category, only 76 were eligible; Talkdesk ranked #20.

Scores reflect only data from reviews submitted during this evaluation period.
