Talkdesk shortlisted in four categories in The 2025 A.I. Awards

Talkdesk Customer Experience Automation platform recognized for its artificial intelligence-native, multi-agent architecture approach to business workflows and industry-specific applications


PALO ALTO, Calif. —August 26, 2025—Talkdesk®, Inc. today announced it has been shortlisted in The 2025 A.I. Awards program. Now in its second year, the awards program, operated by The Cloud Awards, recognizes organizations leading the way in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning development. The program received entries from organizations of all sizes worldwide, including North America, across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific (APAC).

The A.I. Awards celebrates the latest breakthroughs in AI and outstanding applications of AI within specific industries. Talkdesk Customer Experience Automation (CXA) was recognized in four categories: Best AI-powered Workflow Solution, Best Use of AI for Healthcare, Best Use of AI in Finance, and Best Use of AI in Retail and eCommerce.

Talkdesk CXA, announced in June 2025, automates and coordinates complex service, sales, and support processes from the front office through the back office. Instead of single or isolated automations, Talkdesk CXA uses a system of specialized AI agents that work together to complete multi-step tasks across different systems and teams. The platform also offers specialized AI agents tailored for major industries, including healthcare, financial services, retail, utilities, travel, and government. Talkdesk AI Agents have already earned recognition, including The AI Breakthrough Awards Autonomous AI Agent of the Year and TMC AI Agent Product of the Year.

The program now enters its second round of judging, where the shortlist for each category will be reduced to a handful of finalists. A.I. Awards finalists will be announced on September 16, 2025, with the final winners revealed in October.
