June 18, 2020 – Talkdesk® announces its position as a Leader in The Aragon Research Globe™ for Intelligent Contact Centers, 2020. The Globe defines a Leader as having “comprehensive strategies that align with industry direction and market demand, and effectively perform against those strategies.”
The inclusion criteria for this Aragon Research Globe is
- Minimum of $6 million in primary revenue for contact center or a minimum of $8 million in revenue in a related market (voice, video conferencing, collaboration and team collaboration/messaging)
- Product must be announced and available
- Customer references from each hemisphere in which the vendor participates
