Recognized for launching a bold new brand with Talkdesk Makes History campaign
SAN FRANCISCO–Nov. 11, 2021–Talkdesk®, Inc., the global customer experience leader for customer-obsessed companies, has been named a winner in the 2021 Public Relations and Marketing Excellence Awards presented by Business Intelligence Group, earning recognition for its milestone Talkdesk Makes History campaign.
Launched in April 2021, the Talkdesk Makes History campaign marked the first significant change to the Talkdesk brand since the company’s founding 10 years ago. Fueled by growing momentum around new company innovations, expanded international presence, and industry accolades, the company embarked on another decade with the Talkdesk Makes History campaign, complete with a new corporate identity that reflects a commitment to helping organizations around the world build their own brand trust and loyalty.
The new Talkdesk brand includes a reimagined logo and tagline with a fresh purple color palette and updated brand elements, a new website and five new local language websites (Brazilian and European Portuguese, Spanish, French, and German), the first global advertising program for Talkdesk, and new customer experience product innovations.
