LIPINSKI TELEKOM expands availability of Talkdesk solutions in the DACH region and transitions its contact center operations to Talkdesk
The German telecommunications provider is reselling Talkdesk customer experience solutions to large enterprises and small and medium-sized companies across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
PALO ALTO, Calif. and BERLIN — September 17, 2025 — Talkdesk®, Inc. today announced a non-exclusive partnership with LIPINSKI TELEKOM, enabling the German telecommunications provider to expand availability of Talkdesk customer experience (CX) solutions across the DACH region (comprising Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
This collaboration enables LIPINSKI TELEKOM to support its existing customer base, ranging from small businesses to large enterprises, in migrating to a future-ready, cloud-based Talkdesk CX platform. The telecommunications company recently signed its first customer to transition from legacy on-premises contact center solutions to Talkdesk’s artificial intelligence (AI)-powered cloud platform, enabling better CX across voice and digital channels.
LIPINSKI TELEKOM — a family-owned business founded in 1947 with 3,000 customers — is adopting Talkdesk CX Cloud™, the company’s flagship platform, for its customers as well as for the operation of its own contact center. LIPINSKI TELEKOM is leveraging Talkdesk Customer Experience Automation™ (CXA) and AI-powered virtual agents to automate, optimize, and scale service, sales, and support processes across the entire customer journey.
As part of the offering, LIPINSKI TELEKOM will make Talkdesk Express™ — an enterprise-grade customer service solution for small businesses — available to small companies, helping them deliver the same exceptional customer service as large organizations without the complexity. This will enable LIPINSKI TELEKOM to provide advanced customer service tools that meet the unique needs of small organizations, offering user-friendly solutions that are quickly deployed and easily managed, without compromising on functionality or quality of customer service.
