Talkdesk ranked #1 in 11 G2 Fall Reports

Now holds Leader quadrant positions in 25 G2 reports with thousands of five-star ratings


SAN FRANCISCO — Sept. 7, 2021 — Talkdesk®, Inc., the global customer experience leader for customer-obsessed companies, earned the #1 spot in 11 G2 Fall Reports for 2021, surpassing competitor scores in five key categories. Talkdesk also scooped up 35 G2 badges, including Leader, Highest User Adoption, Best Relationship, Best Support, Best Results, Users Most Likely to Recommend, Best Usability, and Best Estimated Return on Investment. 

Overall, the company is positioned in the Leader quadrant of 25 G2 reports. Talkdesk also remains the record holder among contact center as a service (CCaaS) vendors for the highest number of reviews on the G2 site and has received more than 1,000 five-star ratings.
