Comparably Names Talkdesk a Best Company for Diversity
Trusted third-party site for workplace culture and compensation recognizes Talkdesk for high ratings from employees
SAN FRANCISCO–Dec. 15, 2022–Talkdesk®, Inc., a global cloud contact center leader for customer-obsessed companies, has been named a Best Company for Diversity, based entirely on feedback from employees of color, as part of the Comparably Best Places to Work 2022 end-of-year honors.
Comparably, a leading workplace culture and corporate brand reputation platform with over 15 million anonymous ratings on 70,000 companies, serves as a trusted third-party resource for workplace culture and compensation. Unlike other workplace awards, Comparably awards winners are not self-nominated and no costs are involved. Winners are determined solely from feedback provided by those who know a company best – the employees.
Earlier this year, Talkdesk was also named a Comparably Best Company for Career Growth and a Comparably Best Place to Work in the Bay Area based on ratings from employees, who gave the company high marks across a range of areas, including compensation, leadership, co-workers, work-life balance, career growth, perks, and benefits. Talkdesk excelled then, as well, in the diversity metric, where it scored in the top 10% of similar-sized companies.
