Six Talkdesk partners competed again in a virtual digital showdown, co-hosted by SaaS marketplace leader Amanda Nelson, with more than $20,000 in charitable donations

SAN FRANCISCO–Dec. 12, 2022–Talkdesk®, Inc., a global contact center leader for customer-obsessed companies, today announced that SuccessKPI was named the winner of Talkdesk Digital Showdown: Innovations in CX. The event brought together Talkdesk and six partners across two categories currently trending in the customer experience (CX) space: improving agent & customer interactions and driving agent & customer insights. Amanda Nelson, senior director of AppExchange communications & community at Salesforce, and Katie Rubak, director of partner marketing at Talkdesk, co-hosted the live event. More than $20,000 will be donated to a variety of charities from the event.
Talkdesk Digital Showdown combines two of the company’s core values: courageous innovation with environmental and community giving, while showcasing leading CX solutions from across the Talkdesk partner ecosystem. Spotlighting the breadth of technology solutions – available from the Talkdesk AppConnect marketplace – each partner was given three minutes to convince a live audience to crown their CX solution the most innovative application for optimizing workforce performance or elevating customer interactions.
Voted winner by the event’s live audience, SuccessKPI is an all-in-one, on-demand insight and action platform built with the latest AI technology to instantly unlock data, discover insights, empower agents, and enable action for enterprise contact centers. Maddie Rennyson, solutions consultant, showcased how SuccessKPI combines an enterprise data warehouse and Business Intelligence layer, AI powered speech and text analytics, quality management call scoring and an actionable framework for business playbooks. SuccessKPI was founded to improve contact center outcomes from the agent to the CEO.
“One of our core values is caring for one another, so we jumped at the chance to earn this win for Action Against Hunger,” said Rennyson. “SuccessKPI’s insight and action platform was built to remove CX obstacles, so the audience quickly saw how we bring measurable business outcomes for our customers.”
SuccessKPI’s selected charity, Action Against Hunger, will receive a $10,000 donation from Talkdesk on behalf of SuccessKPI, as well as an additional $1,000 that SuccessKPI has committed beyond the donation from Talkdesk.
Sentiment.io, a suite of workforce management, quality assurance, performance management, coaching, learning, and agent motivation software, was named the runner-up of the event. Alzheimer’s Association, their selected charity, will receive a $5,000 donation from Talkdesk on behalf of Sentiment.io.
Talkdesk will also make $1,000 donations to all remaining participants’ charities. Additional donations will be made by Talkdesk to Girls Who Code on behalf of the Talkdesk team, and to Nelson’s selected charity, No Kid Hungry.
