Talkdesk CX Innovators 2021 Awards terms & conditions.

General
All applications must be submitted here between April 1, 2021 and May 24, 2021. There is no application fee. Companies can apply to as many categories as they would like. Companies MUST be a current Talkdesk customer to win. Award winners will be selected and notified on June 4, 2021. Award winners will be announced via a press release, blog, e-book, and social media starting June 15, 2021. Contact [email protected] with any questions.
Premio
Submission Process & Requirements Current Talkdesk customers may self-nominate for any company level award and nominate their team members for the individual awards. Talkdesk employees may also nominate customers for any company or individual level award. Companies nominated by Talkdesk employees will not be notified of their submission unless they are a winner or honorable mention.
Nominations for awards must be submitted to Awardforce by 11:59pm PT May 24, 2021. We will not be able to accept submissions via email or any other means. No edits/additions will be permitted to the award nomination
Judging Panel
The judging panel includes industry analysts and Talkdesk executives. All judges will be expected to abide by a confidentiality agreement. Awards categories are allocated in a way where neither judge bias nor conflicts of interest exist. The applicant’s contact information will remain confidential throughout the entire awards process.

Awards Acceptance Requirements
In order to accept a CX Innovator Award, companies must be willing to have the award be publicly recognized in a press release, blog, e-book, and social media campaign.

Celebrating companies who have successfully implemented Talkdesk and exemplify CX excellence by achieving a rapid deployment and experiencing a quick return on investment. This award is available to customers who implemented Talkdesk in the past 12 months (May 2020 – present).

Celebrating companies who have successfully embraced digital transformation as a strategic differentiator. Examples for this award include transitioning your contact center workforce from an on premises contact center to the cloud; equipping agents with best-in-class tools to work from anywhere and anytime; creating a digital front door that allows customers to engage with you on the channels they want to leverage, and companies that had to accelerate digital transformation by implementing a business continuity plan for covid.

Individual awards; three winners
The CXcellence award celebrates three contact center agents who have demonstrated consistent outstanding customer service and have positively impacted their team/organization. The contact center agent is nominated by their supervisor or other administrator and the award is voted on by the Talkdesk Community.

1. What do winning contestants receive?
The winning individuals/organizations will be globally recognized for customer experience innovation, which includes:
- Press coverage
- A press release, blog post and social media posts announcing the winners will be promoted on June 15, 2021
- Inclusion in a Talkdesk CX Innovators ebook that provides an overview of the CX business challenges, implementation, and results.
- A coveted award trophy will be mailed to each winner.
2. What is the nomination period?
The nomination period begins on April 1, 2021, and ends on May 24, 2021.
3. How can I get nominated?
All potential applicants can be self-nominated; they also can be nominated by a peer, a colleague, a partner or any Talkdesk employee. Applicants for all awards must be a current Talkdesk customer.
4. What’s the deadline for submitting my nomination?
The nomination period will close at 11:59 p.m. PST on May 24, 2021.
5. How will I know the results of the 2021 CX Innovators Awards?
Winners will be directly contacted on or around June 4, 2021 and will be publicly announced on June 15, 2021 through a press release, a blog post, and social media posts.
6. Who determines the winners?
A panel composed of Talkdesk executives and industry analysts will determine the winners of the 2021 CX Innovators Awards.
7. How many winners will be recognized?
There will be up to 28 companies and 3 individuals recognized in total. With the exception of the CXcellence Award, each award below, there will be 1 winner and up to 3 honorable mentions:
