How does the free trial work?

Once your trial is created, you can buy a phone number, or use your own, and start making and receiving calls immediately. Your trial comes with a $5 credit, which is good for 250 minutes of talk time.

What is an agent?

An “agent” is anyone in your company who will contact your customers or prospects using Talkdesk. You can add or remove agents at any time.

What phone numbers does Talkdesk support?

Talkdesk currently offers numbers for more than 50 countries across the globe. You can also port over your existing phone numbers. For a list of the countries we currently support, please refer to this Knowledge Base article.

How much does each interaction cost?

Every plan includes a free USA/Canada phone number. Incoming calls cost $0.02/minute and outbound calls $0.03/minute. Rates for international calls vary. Please contact for more information.

What happens when the trial ends?

Before your trial ends, you will receive an email explaining how you can keep your account active. If your trial expires, your account will be suspended and you will no longer be able to make or receive calls on your Talkdesk phone numbers.
