What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Senior Director of Talent Operations to help us scale the infrastructure of our Global Talent Acquisition (TA) team. Talkdesk is growing globally, and this position will have an enormous impact as we build and scale this high performing function. You'll also be a senior leader within our TA organization, reporting directly to the SVP, People & Operations.
You will be the functional subject matter leader for all of the TA team's operational activities related to process & tools, workflows, hiring ops, talent branding, as well as the delivery of recruitment analytics/metrics. You’ll also manage a global team of high performing and talented operations professionals who execute on tactical and strategic initiatives.
