Responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative functions of Regulated Industries (RI) specific channels
- Develop and maintain RI specific partner program policies
- Coordinate, track and report with NA Channels, Industry and BPO teams to ensure
partners execute appropriate RI specific addendums or agreements specific to their
involvement in the ecosystem
- Enable the direct and indirect partners through our distributors to ensure maximum
benefits: Contract vehicles access, Use of consultants, Special bid processes,
Order/fulfillment, Demand generation and marketing alignment Quarterly business
reviews
- Track and report channel performance/contribution specific to RI team
- Establish structured RI Proposal Management with internal Proposal team for RFX
response processes for both direct and indirect business opportunities
- Define, document and implement Regulated Industry specific processes
- Maintain overall list of available contract vehicles with associated fees and processes
- Create and maintain direct contract strategy to maximize coverage
- Identify gaps in contract strategy, investigate and recommend ways to address
- Develop and maintain training materials specific to the RI team including messaging,
targets, specific processes etc.
Requirements:
- Analytical, with strong business acumen
- Individual should have 10+ years industry experience with a cloud focus
- Flexible personality, able to adapt to surroundings
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Extensive negotiation and contract development experience
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- CCaaS knowledge a plus
- BA/BS degree
