Talkdesk is looking for a Proposal Manager to join an exciting and rapidly growing global proposal operations team responsible for communicating solutions and value propositions to new Talkdesk customers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end project management of assigned RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and proposals, including leading cross-functional teams to deliver quality, professional, impactful proposals, managing internal proposal deadlines, creating new content in a persuasive writing style that generates interest in Talkdesk solutions, and championing best practices in the proposal management life cycle. You will help to maintain a proposal content library to support responses to prospective customers and consultant groups. You will work with stakeholders across Talkdesk to design winning bid strategies and to clearly and concisely convey how our solutions can transform the customer experience.
A successful Talkdesk Proposal Manager is eager to learn and develop themselves, enthusiastically raises the bar and shares lessons learned with the team, and communicates effectively and clearly. The ideal candidate has outstanding proposal management acumen, persuasive writing experience, and leadership skills necessary to support a high growth business.
