Talkdesk is growing rapidly as we continue to disrupt an antiquated multibillion dollar industry.With $268 million in funding and more than 1,800 customers, we’re revolutionising the industry of contact centres. As a Commercial Account Executive you will successfully source new customers with up to 350 employees. This role will drive strategic engagement with C-level executives, helping them reach their business goals.
- Understand the Talkdesk platform to create a solution tailored to the customers needs.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue/quota’s.
- Create and execute a sales strategy to produce consistent achievements against Talkdesk’s short and Long term goals
- Generate revenue through new customer acquisition
- Build strong internal and external relationships to support in delivering Talkdesk’s key values and closing deals.
- Become a Talkdesk Evangelist.
You should have/be;
- Consistent track record of selling software or technology at C-level.
- 1 year of quota carrying software or technology sales experience, with a focus on new customer acquisition..
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Extensive negotiation and contract development experience
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Willingness to travel
It would be great if you have;
- Experience selling Contact Centre solutions
- Understanding of MEDDIC
