As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Professional Services Engineering team, delivering software that brings new customers to our platform and directly impacts our growth. You will develop web services, user interfaces and backend processes that connect Talkdesk to various APIs and datastores to allow our customers to provide the very best customer and agent experience on the Talkdesk platform. You will also act as a technical resource for the Professional Services Engineering team to help guide customers into the right solution.
