The role of Product Ops Manager is a unique one at Talkdesk, since it spans multiple teams and will involve close collaboration with product and engineering leaders from multiple teams.
The main goal will be to coordinate resources across Talkdesk to ensure our customers’ success with our products. Though we have a click-n-go tool that allows our clients to self-manage their Virtual Agents, very large clients need a project manager to help them get to the finish line.
