As a product manager at Talkdesk we expect you to become the voice of our customers and market, and work with the engineering team to turn the vision into product requirements.
In the SRE cluster you will be a key asset in the improvement of the service platform that supports our clients. You will be engaged daily with your team to help them create a state of the art SRE experience that allows our engineers to be more effective at deploying, creating infrastructure and focus on the development in an effective way. Think of the SRE cluster as enablers of a streamlined development experience and builders of a platform that enables Talkdesk to provide a service of excellence to our clients.
To provide a top tier service, we at the SRE cluster need to work from the ground up with other Engineering teams, defining the proper requirements and features that we need our service to adhere to in order to be resilient, secure and available. We work in a continuous improvement mindset supported by accurate definitions of observability and best practices.
What You'll Be Doing
Product Managers will work within the SRE cluster to do whatever it takes to ensure we're constantly improving our product. Along the way you will be exposed to all facets of product development, from writing feature specs, prioritizing implementation work, understanding how our clients perceive our products and ensuring a successful Go-to Market.
