The Project Leader - HR PMO is responsible for the delivery of HR initiatives of strategic importance. The scope of the initiatives will focus on 1) core project management 2) process improvements and 3) intake of new scope to People Operations function.
The initial work for this role will center on standing up the HR PMO. The HR PMO will a) make HR work, achievements, and capacity more visible to internal and external stakeholders and b) create a framework for documentation for HR functions and processes. We will likely use Jira or Asana as our PMO tool, so experience in those tools is a plus, but not required.
The role is a direct report to the VP of People Operations. The role is currently an individual contributor.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in organization, independence, collaboration, and results orientation. HR experience is a plus, but not required.
Talkdesk is rapidly growing, international, and quickly maturing from an HR perspective. This is a new role in a new PMO function leading the most exciting, impactful initiatives. It is also an opportunity to create a PMO from the ground up, providing increased structure, visibility, and capacity planning to HR’s most impactful work! It will be a fun role.
