Who are you?
You are a self-motivated systems thinker who is happiest when solving highly ambiguous, multifaceted problems in elegantly simple ways. You’re an effective communicator and facilitator that enjoy validating ideas with product, engineering peers and get customer feedback as well. You care about all the details of design both on and off the screen and have a desire to put things in the world that have a meaningful impact on people’s lives and thrive in a collaborative environment that values team over titles.
You will tackle deeply complex usability problems, we’re looking for designers who can see beyond the obvious and can execute on a vision for what modern customer experience could become. You’ll be performing research, creating wireframes and user flows, designing and testing. We have a number of product personas to consider and a wide range of workflows that vary from business to business. You'll be working side by side with other designers, product and a cross-functional engineering team responsible to deliver features on specific product area.
