What are we doing?
At Talkdesk we’re reimagining how people experience call centers. We’re building an enterprise product, without all the complexity, that truly transforms how our customers conduct business. We use design and prototyping to guide early product development, bring greater clarity to engineering goals, and develop a UX-grounded point of view. We impact hundreds of thousands of people by designing tools that help drive empathy in human interactions through technology.
What does this role do?
We are seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to help tackle deeply complex usability problems. We’re looking for designers who can see beyond “enterprise call center” and can execute on a vision for what modern customer communication could become. You’ll be performing research, creating wireframes and user flows, designing and testing. We have a number of personas to consider and wide range of work flows that vary from customer to customer. You’ll be backing up your solutions with data while balancing the complexity of customisation with ease of use.
