The Tech Dojo is more than a space for immersive learning, it is a six-month graduate program specially designed for hiring and developing young talent within the Talkdesk Engineering, Creative, and Product teams. This program spans our three offices in Portugal: Lisbon, Porto, and Coimbra.

Create the core computational logic using Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, Elixir, Java, and Node.js
Interpret numbers using R, Python, Cloudera, Spark, and Kafka
Execute flow and transaction control statements on Salesforce servers using Apex programming

Help build Talkdesk at your fingertips by using Swift and Kotlin technologies
Optimize efficiency & quality and decrease costs with automated QA testing using Selenium and Cucumber
Develop tools to automate security tasks to make sure security comes first
Get creative with HTML, CSS, and Java

You’ll have an assigned mentor who will share knowledge, experience, and guide you through the process. You’ll have an onboarding plan, and you’ll get to join our regular team meetings and company events. Any University student is eligible, and will get a monthly scholarship paid by Talkdesk.
This program offers you the chance to get hands-on experience in the world’s leading contact center company. It will introduce you to an exciting work environment and allow you to develop yourself through working on real projects, and test your interest in a particular career path before officially starting your career.
In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in an internal Hackathon and develop the resulting projects. During this period, you’ll be assigned a set of objectives to complete with your allocated manager.
This is a 7-week annual program that takes place in July- August and is open to any University student. Monthly scholarship paid by Talkdesk.
